Layout Plan Under Revision

Whereas, St. Patricks Realty Private Limited is in the process of development of a residential plotted colony having residential plots, independent floor and villas in the revenue estate of village Dhunela & Berka, Sector – 29, 30, 32 & 33, Sohna, Distt. Gurugram over an area measuring 148.6833 acres, in accordance with the provisions of various licenses granted and layout approved by the Director, Town & Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh.

And whereas, several individuals have made bookings/entered into purchase agreement for allotment of plots / villas / floors in the said residential plotted colony (hereinafter referred as allottees).

And whereas, the layout plan earlier approved for the said colony is now proposed to be revised on account of additional area of 47.759 acres for which LOI of residential plotted has been granted. And whereas, the office of Directorate of Town & Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh (DTCP) has as per policy dated 25.01.2021 required seeking of objections against the revision of layout plan of residential plotted colony over an area measuring 196.4423 acres as a pre-condition for allowing such revision in the layout plan.

Accordingly, vide this public notice objections are hereby invited from the allottees in the said residential plotted colony on the proposed revision of the layout plan of the said residential plotted colony. A copy of the earlier approved layout plan of project over an area measuring 148.6833 acres approved vide DTCP Drawing No. 7265 dated 03.12.2019 and the proposed layout plan now in principle approved issued with LOI memo no. LC-2841-E+F+G / ATP(B)/2021/ 24140 dated 24.09.2021 are available for perusal on our website www.centralpark.in. The aforesaid layout plans can also be pursued at the site office in Central Park Flower Valley at Sector 33, Sohna Gurugram, Haryana, Phone No. 0124-6895000 as well as in the office of Senior Town Planner, Gurugram Circle, Sector – 14, Gurugram.

Any Allottee having any objection on the revised layout plan, may file their objections in the office of Senior Town Planner, Gurugram Circle, Sector 14, Gurugram within 30 days from the publication of this notice, failing which it shall be assumed that there are no objections to the proposed revision in the layout plan.
