WHEREAS, St. Patricks Realty Private Limited and others are in process of undertaking development of a Residential Plotted Colony in the revenue estate of village Dhunela, Sector - 32, Sohna, Distt. Gurugram over an area measuring 4.8284 acres in addition to already license granted land area measuring 196.4423 acres bearing license nos. 54 of 2014 dated 20.06.2014, 28 of 2016 dated 23.12.2016, 07 of 2020 dated 29.01.2020 and 104 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021 granted by Director General, Town and Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh ("DTCP").

Now, a fresh letter of intent (LOI) bearing Memo No. LC-2841-H/JE(SK)-2023/35819 dated 23.10.2023 has been granted by DTCP after incorporating additional land measuring 4.8284 acres and surrender 4.535 acres UD area from existing licensed land, for setting up of residential plotted colony over an additional land area measuring 4.8284 acres in the revenue estate of Village Dhunela, Sector - 32, Sohna, District Gurugram and DTCP has issued a revised layout plan of 196.736 acres.

And whereas, several individuals have made bookings/entered into purchase agreement for allotment of Plots/Villas/Floors in the said residential plotted colony (hereinafter referred as allottees). And whereas, the layout plan earlier approved for the said colony is now proposed to be revised. And whereas, the office of Directorate of Town & Country Planning, Haryana Chandigarh (DTCP) has required seeking of objections against the revision of layout plan of residential plotted colony over an area measuring 196.736 acres as a pre-condition for allowing such revision in the layout plan. Accordingly, vide this public notice objections are hereby invited from any of the allottees in the said residential plotted colony on the proposed revision of the layout plan of the said residential plotted colony. A copy of the earlier approved layout plan of project approved vide DTCP Drawing No. 8064 dated 13.12.2021 and the proposed layout plan now "In-principle" approved vide memo no. LC-2841- H/JE(SK)-2023/35819 dated 23.10.2023 along with the drawing are available for perusal on our website (www.centralpark.in). The said Layout Plan can also be perused at the office of undersigned at Central Park Flower Valley, The Rooms, Project Office, Sector 32, Sohna, Distt. Gurugram, Haryana as well as in the office of Senior Town Planner, Gurugram Circle, HSVP Complex, Sector - 14, Gurugram.

Any Allottee having any objection on the revised layout plan, may file his/her/their objection in the office of Senior Town Planner, Gurugram Circle, HSVP Complex, Sector - 14, Gurugram within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which it shall be assumed that there are no objections to the said revised Layout Plan of the colony.
