Building Plans Under Revision

Phone No. 91-124-4107064, website: www.centralpark.in WHEREAS, Sweta Estate Private Limited is in the process of undertaking of development of a Group Housing Colony in Sector —48, Gurugram over an area measuring 47.418 acres in the revenue estate of village Tikri in accordance with the provision of license no. 02 of 1995, license no. 35-37 of 1996 & license no. 117-119 of 2004 granted by Director, Town and Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh.

And whereas, several individuals have made bookings/entered into purchase agreement for allotment of apartments/ flats in the said group housing colony (hereinafter referred as allottees).

And whereas, the building plan earlier approved for the said colony is now proposed to be revised. And whereas, the office of Directorate of Town & Country Planning, Haryana Chandigarh (DTCP) has required seeking of objections against the revision of building plan of Tower α, β & Community Building (Tower α, β) and Primary School as a pre-condition for allowing such revision in the building plan. Accordingly, vide this public notice objections are hereby invited from any of the allottees in the said group housing colony on the proposed revision of the building plan of the said group housing colony. A copy of the earlier approved building plans of project vide DTCP memo no. ZP-26-Vol-IIVSD(DK)/2019/ 26267 dated 24.10.2019 and the proposed building plans now in principle approved vide DTCP memo no. ZP-26-Vol-IIVAD(RA)/2021/ 12358 dated 21.05.2021 are available for perusal on our website (www.centralpark.in). The said building plans can also be perused at the office of undersigned at Central Park Resorts, Project Office, Sector — 48, Gurugram, Haryana as well as in the office of Senior Town Planner Gurugram, Sector-14, Gurugram, Haryana.

Any Allottee having any objection on the revised building plan, may file his objection in the office of Senior Town Planner Gurugram, sector 14, Gurugram, Haryana with in 30 days of the publication of this notice, failing which it shall be assumed that there are no objections to the proposed revision in the building plans.
