Central Park is developing an IT/ITes Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Sector 67, Noida. This contemporary hi-tech project will be developed in accordance with global standards, and in adherence to the Indian government’s policy of developing outstanding infrastructure so as to encourage foreign investment and export from India. Another reason why SEZs are highly sought after by businesses is attributed to the government’s aim to facilitate economic growth by deregulating customs controls, tariffs and duties within their premises..

Built on a total area of approximately 1 million sq ft, with a floor area ratio (FAR) of 200 per cent and a total built-up area of over 3 million sq ft, the Central Park IT SEZ will include infrastructure for IT/ITes operations, a residential area including serviced apartments, a commercial area with a shopping mall and an institutional area with a convention hall, and several other public facilities associated with developments of this scale.

SEZs are integrated developments that include commercial, residential, institutional and leisure spaces within them. They provide new business opportunities to IT/ITes entrepreneurs and related customers in India, by offering them an array of fiscal incentives.
