The Central Park brand is owned by Sweta Estates Private Limited, jointly promoted by Mr. Amarjit Bakshi and Mr. Kanwaljit Singh Bakshi.
In March 2008, Sweta Estates entered into a Private Equity (PE) placement agreement with UK-based Ashmore Investment Management Limited. Ashmore is a leading global investment firm, dedicated to energizing markets and have a reputation of consistently outperforming the markets. Ashmore has already invested part of the total stake and two representatives of Ashmore Investments have been inducted on the Board of Directors of Sweta Estates (P) Ltd.
Within a short span of time, the company has earned themselves the reputation of a leading real estate developer in the National Capital Region (NCR), and is poised to acquire a significant pan-India presence.

Mr. Amarjit Bakshi
Mr. Bakshi is a Civil engineer (B Tech) from the renowned Indian Institute of Technology-Delhi (IIT-D), and has an impressive four decades of professional experience in civil, mechanical and metallurgical engineering as well as automotive components, infrastructure and housing. His company, Continental Engines Ltd (CEL), is a global leader in the manufacture of intricate aluminium die cast components for automotive applications. CEL was honored with the coveted ACMA (Automotive Component Manufacturers' Association of India) Awards' Gold Trophy (2008), and stands for recognition of excellence in performance in the Indian auto-component industry.Mr. K.S. His company, Oriental Structural Engineers Ltd, is a leading construction firm that specializes in building rigid and flexible pavements for roads/highways and airfields. Ms. Sanam Bakshi specialized in Real Estate at the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She interned with the marketing and sales departments of the Central Park establishment where she escorted potential clients through the Central Park II sample apartment. She also carried out market research comparing the value offered by the Central Park Apartments with what competing real estate developers were offering, specifically in the Gurgaon area. She has also spent some time exploring re-decoration and apartment design within a constricted budget, both within India as well as in the United States where she undertook a small scale family project. More recently, she has travelled to a variety of destinations across the globe as well as within the country, exploring the hospitality sector and as well as other more unconventional living and travel options afforded by a wide range of budget allowances.
