Sweta Estate Private Limited (hereinafter referred as company) is in the process of undertaking of development of a Group Housing Colony in Sector-48, Gurgaon over an area measuring 47.418 acres (hereinafter referred as project) in the revenue estate of village Tikri in accordance with the provision of License No.35-37 of 1996, license no. 117-119 of 2004 and license no.02 of 1995 granted by Director General, Town and Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred as DTCP). And several individuals have made bookings/entered into purchase agreement for allotment of apartments/flats in the said project (hereinafter referred as allottees).
Zoning plan earlier approved for the project is now proposed to be revised. DTCP office has required seeking of objections against the revision of zoning plan as a pre-condition for allowing such revision in the zoning plan.
Accordingly, objections are hereby invited from any of the allottees in the said project on the proposed revision of the zoning plan of the said project. A copy of the earlier approved zoning plan bearing drawing number 5151 dated 01-05-2015 and the layout plan now proposed to be revised bearing drawing number 7457 dated 14-07-2020 is available for perusal on this website. The said zoning plan can also be perused at our registered office at 3rd Floor, OSE Commercial Block, Asset 5B, Delhi Aerocity, IGI Airport, New Delhi Haryana as well as in the office of Senior Town Planner, Sector-14, Gurgaon.
Any allottee having any objection on the revised zoning plan, may file his objection in the office of Senior Town Planner, Sector-14, Gurgaon, Haryana within 30 days of the publication of this notice, failing which it shall be assumed that there are no objections to the proposed revision in the zoning plan.
