St Patricks Realty Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred as company) is in the process of development of a residential plotted colony (hereinafter referred as colony) in Sector 29, 30, 32 & 33, in revenue estate of Dhunela and Berka, Tehsil Sohna, District Gurugram, Haryana over an area admeasuring 128.4583 acres in accordance with provision of License No. 54 of 2014 and License No. 28 of 2016 granted by the Office of Director Town and Country Planning, Haryana, Chandigarh (hereinafter referred as DTCP). Layout plan earlier approved at the time of grant of above licenses for the said colony is now proposed to be revised due to an addition of 20.225 acres land area for which a Letter of Intent has been issued by DTCP vide their office memo no. LC 2841-D-(AK)/2019/ 23101 dated 16.09.2019.
And whereas, several individuals/entities have made bookings/entered into purchase agreement for allotment of plot/property in the said colony (hereinafter referred as allottee). The company has not created any third-party rights on the additional land of 20.225 acres and company intends to revise the approved layout plan of the said colony. DTCP has required seeking of objection from the allottees against the revision of layout plan as a pre-condition for allowing such revision in layout plan.
Accordingly, objections are hereby invited from any of the allottees in the said colony on the proposed revision of the layout plan. A copy of the earlier approved layout plan bearing drawing no. DTCP-5848-I & DTCP-5848-II both dated 08-05-2017 for 128.4583 acres and the proposed layout plan for 148.6833 acres (including 20.225 acres of additional land area) are available for perusal on this website. The layout plans can also be perused at our office at 3rd Floor, Tower-D, Global Business Park, M G Road, Gurgaon, Haryana as well as in the office of District Town Planner (Planning) HUDA Complex, Sector 14, Gurugram.
Any allottee having any objection on revised layout plan may file the objection in the office of District Town Planner (Planning), Sector 14, Gurugram within 15 days of the publication of this notice, failing which it shall be assumed that there are no objections to the proposed revision in the layout plan.
