Having established
for itself a stellar
reputation in the
field of premium
residential
projects,
Central
Park has now
embarked upon its
emergence in the
hospitality domain.
Consistent with our
goal of extending
our expertise to
other spheres of
real estate
development, we have
developed a 2
pronged strategy for
the hospitality
segment: launching
upscale serviced
apartments and a
luxury hotel in Gurgaon, with others
planned across the
country.
Serviced
Apartments
Using our forte in
creating living
spaces,
Central Park
is now embarking
upon launching
serviced apartments.
With corporate
travel growing
rapidly, and hotel
room supply unable
to keep pace with
it, the market for
serviced apartments
is experiencing
significant growth
in India. It’s a
brand new business
vertical for Central
Park under which we
will offer sleek,
stylish and
contemporary
accommodation to
frequent business
travelers, whether
their stay be for a
night, a week, a
month, or even
longer. A wide range
of options will be
made available in
the
NCR region: from
studio apartments to
one, two and three
bedroom apartments
and penthouses.
Central Park has
entered a
partnership with
Oakwood Worldwide, a
50-year-old US-based
company with
regional
headquarters in
Singapore, and a
leading provider of
temporary furnished
and serviced
apartments across
the globe. The
management of
services at
Central
Park’s chain of
serviced apartments
for short and long
term stays will be
managed by Oakwood
or other similar
global hospitality
partners.
Hotels
Central Park is well
on its way to
becoming a name to
contend within the
hospitality sector.
Its first hotel is
located on MG Road
at the Delhi-Gurgaon
border. Apart from
180 double rooms,
118 twin rooms and
eight suites, the
hotel will also
provide rooms for
the physically
challenged. Other
facilities and
leisure oriented
activities
associated with
five-star hotels
will form an
integral part of the
hospitality offered
at this hotel. Some
of these include a
coffee shop,
specialty
restaurants, bars,
swimming pools, a
sauna & jacuzzi, a
fitness room, as
well as meeting
rooms for seminars
and conferences.
For the hotel
projects,
Central
Park has partnered
with Accor, a
European hospitality
leader that operates
in nearly 100
countries, with a
total of 4,000
hotels worldwide.
This hotel will
operate under
Accor’s brand
Pullman, so that the
Pullman- Central
Park Hotel will
offer truly
distinctive, world
class hospitality. |
